THE STANDARD > CSRR QS 2.1®
CSRR-QS 2.1® is a process standard, based on a number of principles and requirements for CSRR quality management systems, but it is sufficiently general to allow diversity, without affecting its validity as a standard.
All organisations conducting Corporate Sustainability and Responsibility Research (CSRR) and being signatories of the quality management standards of CSRR-QS 2.1:
- Subscribe to a series of quality principles, the “Eleven commitments”;
- Subscribe to “Nine integrity commitments”;
- Ensure objectivity, independence, impartiality;
- Operate an effective quality management system;
- Fulfil some administrative requirements.
